In collaboration with Ella Scheepers, we developed a series of illustrations about the importance of care work within organizations. With a mixture of storytelling, anecdotes from her research, article quotes, and visual metaphors, these images invite us to reflect and feel the ways in which our individual wellbeing fractals into the wellness of the collective.
